CLEARING A FEAR OF FLYING

“When I got offered a promotion that I really wanted I knew I had to sort out my fear of flying as the gig involved flying around the country most weeks. I’ve managed to fly a few times for holidays but it’s been a bl__dy horrible experience. Enough was enough. A friend of a friend told me about Amy so I figured I had nothing to lose. After 4 sessions I took my first flight for work from Melbourne to Perth and it was a completely different experience. Instead of freaking out inside I was cool. I had strategies under my belt that worked. I even got some work done! I will be telling anyone that has an issue like I did to call you. Thanks a million.”
